Smoothie Recipe

Eggless Nog

In a blender add:

1 scoop Vanilla Complete

1 cup soy, rice, almond, or hazelnut milk

1 cup apple cider

Handful of ice cubes

1 half a baked sweet potato with skin or 1 quarter cup organic can pumpkin

1 quarter tsp of cinnamon

A pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Blend until smooth and creamy

Enhance with flaxseed, food grade green tea and brewer’s yeast for extra nutrition!

Almond Smoothie

Raspberry Almond

Cup of frozen or fresh raspberries

1 cup almond milk

1T coconut oil

1 scoop of Vanilla Complete

cracked ice

Blend

kiwi smoothie juice plus

Honeydew Kiwi Smoothie

2 cups cubed honeydew melon

1 ripe kiwi

2 T lime juice

2 mint sprigs

1 scoop Vanilla Complete

1 c. ice cubes

add water to desired consistency
